• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications, able to learn job-specific software.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and readiness to help.
• Develop and retain the customer base and respond promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer business.
• Balance and correct outages per policy and escalate as needed.
• Process complex multi-step transactions.
• Research and resolve customer issues using organizational resources.
• Handle deposits and verify checks and endorsements.
• Acquire and apply consumer lending product knowledge to generate loans and deposits.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and stay informed on product line.
• Initiate conversations to identify customer needs and refer to partners for cross-selling.
• Complete required training for bank policies and procedures.
• Follow security, risk management and compliance standards.
• Make sales calls weekly and track them in Salesforce.
• Interpret data to assess lending ratios and product opportunities.
• Maintain branch operating hours as designated by manager.
• Meet Retail Branch Standards including dress code.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
