S&T Bank is seeking a teller/customer service associate to deliver exceptional service at the branch window while supporting sales goals. You will verify customer information, process deposits and loan payments, and help customers with accounts and services.

The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and teamwork within a busy branch environment. Previous CSR experience preferred; training programs will be completed as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience; CSR and RSA training programs completed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a customer service window with sales and platform duties, meeting customer needs and branch goals.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and recommend S&T loan/deposit products.
• Process deposits, loans, and other transactions with accuracy and fraud prevention.
• Build customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Complete data entry for new accounts and changes, and support branch operations.
