• Open deposit accounts, process complex teller transactions, and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate bank partners.
• Make weekly sales calls to clients and record activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of banking products and services.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
