Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn banking software quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and timely problem resolution.
• Develop and retain the customer base; greet customers by name and handle inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow security standards.
• Process deposits and cash transactions; verify amounts and endorsements.
• Research and resolve customer issues; provide timely follow up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to specialists.
• Make sales calls to clients to meet referral goals and log activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of bank products.
• Ensure branch operations balance, handle outages, and seek help when needed.
• Complete required training and adhere to policies; comply with dress code.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
