Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and explains digital and self-serve options.
• Identifies referral opportunities to grow customer relationships with BMO.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and products.
• Handles customer transactions with accurate and efficient service.
• Reviews customer profiles to address banking needs and opportunities.
