Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.
• Verbal & written communication skills; collaboration & team skills; analytical and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Develop and execute the branch business plan to maximize growth.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate groups.
• Maintain high-touch relationships with key branch customers and prospects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
