Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers
• Identifies customer needs and provides sales and service in the best interests of the customer
• Develops and executes branch business plans to maximize growth and wallet share
• Builds and maintains a network in the community to generate referrals and new business
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements
• Leads implementation of new programs, products, and processes within the branch
• Manages operating expenses and monitors performance against plan
