Salem Five Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to support sales, service, and operations in our community branches. You will identify client needs, cross-sell loans, deposits, and insurance products, and provide a high-level customer experience while maintaining branch operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a retail or banking environment preferred.
• Ability to train or coach junior staff and participate in hiring decisions.
