Job summary

Salem Five is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our branch locations in Massachusetts. You will identify client needs, recommend banking solutions, and work with team members to grow market share in the communities we serve.

You will develop strong relationships, demonstrate proficiency with Salem Five’s digital tools, and uphold branch operations and customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, deepen relationships, and grow Salem Five’s market share.
• Collaborate with branch management and internal partners to cross-sell products and services (loans, merchant, insurance, investments).
• Engage in sales activities: uncover needs, offer solutions, close, onboard, follow-up, outbound calls, record contacts in the Bank’s system.
