Job summary

ABC Bank is seeking a Bank Center Manager for our 82nd and Indiana Banking Center. You will lead daily branch operations, drive customer satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team to achieve growth in deposits and loans.

You will balance operational excellence with business development, manage staff and vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an outstanding banking experience to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Significant banking, financial services, or customer service experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, training, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and standard office software (Windows, Excel, internal bank apps).

Responsibilities

• Champion a high standard of customer service by actively listening to customers and tailoring solutions.
• Supervise and mentor frontline staff engaged in sales and service delivery.
• Oversee branch facilities, ensuring branding and regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and branch operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing, recruitment, onboarding and terminations.
• Schedule staff, assign duties, and foster a performance-driven environment.
• Evaluate direct reports and conduct timely performance reviews.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, and customer base through collaboration with market leaders.
