b1BANK is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to oversee daily operations of the Banking Center, lead a skilled team, and support bank objectives.

The ABCM will manage teller and personal banking tasks, ensure policy compliance, handle customer issues, and participate in inside and outside sales initiatives while upholding service standards.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and the authority to approve certain transactions and fee reversals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or relevant customer service experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Basic financial services knowledge and teller operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee banking center operations and performance to meet objectives.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist in deposit and loan product sales and customer relationship building.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling responsibilities.
