Old National Bank is hiring a Banking Center Manager to lead a high‑performing team delivering exceptional client experiences and strong financial results. You will drive sales growth, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while building partnerships with the Market leadership.

You will manage operations and risk with a consultative, relationship‑based approach, leveraging digital solutions to deepen client relationships and expand the bank’s footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4+ years of banking, retail, or client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and CRM practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall banking center performance and growth targets.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on client experience.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Collaborate with Market leadership to align goals and opportunities.
