Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of banking center(s) to meet sales targets and growth goals while complying with regulations.
• Lead and coach staff, evaluate performance, and drive customer service excellence.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet aggressive growth goals and market penetration.
• Manage branch operations, security, and compliance, including reporting (REG CC, audits, CTRs, etc.).
• Coordinate loan origination and closing with proper NMLS registration under the SAFE Act.
