Qualifications

• Understanding and training staff to develop expertise relating to numerous retail banking products and procedures.
• Cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer financial objectives.
• Generating loan and investment referrals based on customer needs.
• Managing security and operational procedures in the branch.
• Following standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements (Bank Secrecy Act, Regulations CC, E, DD, P, etc.).
• Recruiting and developing staff with timely performance reviews and development plans.
• Conducting regular staff meetings to review goals and policies.
• May be assigned other duties and locations.

Responsibilities

• Actively call on new and prospective business customers and cross-sell bank services.
• Generate loan and investment referrals to other lines of business.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of security and operational procedures.
