Job summary

Central Bank in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Banking Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and implement annual sales and marketing plans to reach deposits, loans and customer retention goals.

You will hire, develop and motivate staff, build relationships with community partners, and ensure security and compliance while delivering a Legendary Experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Banking or Retail Operations with a proven track record in management.
• Strong ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to meet goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and efficient operation of the banking center.
• Achieve annual deposit, savings, loan referral, and customer retention goals.
• Establish and execute an annual sales and marketing plan to hit targets.
• Hire, develop, and motivate associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with external community stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and bank policies while maintaining compliance.
• Lead sales development activities including incentive and referral training.
• Foster a FUN and SPIRITED environment delivering a Legendary Experience.
