Great Southern Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager I to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance at the assigned banking center(s). You will lead, coach, and develop staff while focusing on customer service and security.

The role emphasizes achievement of sales targets, accurate paperwork, and timely customer follow-up, with a focus on operational excellence and staff development.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
• 3 years related experience and/or training are expected.
• 7 to 11 months related supervisory experience is required.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Meet all goals and standards; drive loan and deposit growth and cross-sales targets.
• Supervise staff; evaluate performance; manage selection, placement, and salary administration.
• Ensure customer service standards; handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of daily operations; resolve exceptions per procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure center security and staff training compliance.
• Maintain attendance, communication, and adherence to policies and banking laws.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
