Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager III in St. Louis, MO to lead a banking center with a consultative approach. You will manage service, operations and marketing while guiding staff to meet revenue, loan and deposit growth goals.

You will recruit, train and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service, expand small business relationships, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred.
• Two to four years of management experience.
• NMLS registration/licensing required after employment.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking center to meet financial metrics through consultative sales and exceptional service.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach staff to meet performance expectations.
• Oversee all branch operations, service, marketing and policy compliance.
• Grow small business banking relationships through outside activity and community engagement.
• Manage consumer loan requests and assist staff with loan processes.
