Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and staff to meet growth, service, and operational objectives.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase deposits and grow customer relationships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to support branch growth.
• Lead branch outreach and customer engagement to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Promote a consultative, needs-based sales approach and coach staff on referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls; support audits and examinations.
