Trustmark is seeking a Relationship Banker in Mississippi to identify customer needs and promote bank products. You will deliver concierge service, cross-sell deposits, loans, and insurance while maintaining accuracy in transactions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience or prior Trustmark Relationship Banker experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to learn Trustmark consumer and/or mortgage lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years.
• Must be able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
• Basic math skills and ability to handle routine transactions and balance the cash drawer.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to learn Trustmark products.
• Must pass appropriate assessment tests related to customer service and math skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor for daily public interaction.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail or bank environment preferred.
• Prior experience processing consumer or mortgage loans preferred.
• 2 years of banking industry knowledge related to Relationship Banker preferred.

• Identify customer needs and refer them through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposits, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience according to Trustmark standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are executed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while expanding service-to-sales opportunities.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with Trustmark policies and standards.
• Coach and mentor other Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review and approve various transactions including night drop, deposits, and loans.
• Handle cash shipment and vault management for the branch.
• Originating consumer loans as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
