Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Branch Leader at the Smoky Hill branch in Centennial, CO. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding service, identify customer needs, and drive branch growth through strategic planning and referrals.

You will coach staff, overseeing sales and service delivery, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–6 years of relevant experience with post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs.
• Develop and execute the branch business plan to grow sales and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls, build referral networks, and pursue business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Bank policies across branch activities.
