• Working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.
• Regulatory, audit standards, and related policies knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Identify referrals to other business groups and support sales activities.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and establish a personal referral network.
• Plan and control unit operating expenses and monitor performance against plan.
• Provide technical training and support to branch employees.
