• Probes to understand customer needs and offers suitable products and strategies.
• Develops and maintains a community network to enhance visibility and referrals.
• Resolves customer issues using knowledge of bank services and processes.
• Monitors sales/service performance and closes gaps with action plans.
• Plans and controls branch operating expenses and manages resources.
• Provides training and support to branch staff to maintain effectiveness.
