Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard internet and digital banking tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking features and benefits.
• Engage customers and promote digital banking solutions.
• Explain loan decision criteria at a high level and complete servicing tasks for banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to support retention and expansion of relationships.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with AML/BSA/KYC processes and regulations.
• Assist with servicing, transactions, and documentation for branch operations.
