The role is site-based with hybrid working after onsite training; you will identify suitable products for customers and foster strong, lasting relationships while delivering high-quality service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service across face-to-face, telephone and video channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
