Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and stay well-organized.
• Proficiency with internet-based technology and online banking tools.
