Job summary

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain the features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for consumer and business banking relationships and identify opportunities to solve banking needs.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
• Proactively reach out to customers to contribute to retention and expansion of relationships.
• Adhere to compliance standards and log all customer interactions and appointments.
• Proactively greet customers and refer banking partners when suitable opportunities arise.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and identify potential fraud.
• Maintain branch operations and ensure accurate documentation and records.
