Qualifications

• Minimum experience required: 4–5 years customer service and sales.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with using digital self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets and deliver the right client introductions to the appropriate team members.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints and through research and timely resolution.
• Risk Management: Ensure all sales, service, and banking transactions are accurate and compliant; strive for no controllable losses.
• Additional Accountabilities: Perform moderately complex special projects and other duties as required.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and complete required compliance trainings.
