In this role you will support branch sales by educating clients, connecting them with the right specialists, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support branch growth and achive targets through teller-related activities and referrals.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Risk Management: Maintain accurate daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Handle special projects and comply with trainings and policies.
