Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker in California to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted client relationships across our branch network. You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools, and collaborate with the team to meet financial goals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong client service experience, and the ability to learn products quickly. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support a diverse client base and community presence.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while following bank procedures.
