Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in California to deliver welcoming, client-focused service at the branch. You will greet clients, help them with everyday banking needs, and guide them to the right solutions using Chase Mobile and online tools.

You will build trusted relationships, handle account servicing, assist with new accounts, and work with the team to meet branch goals while following banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver friendly, attentive service.
• Capability to learn banking products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on mobile apps and self-service options for banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Handle branch operations and cash processes following bank policies.
