Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on enriching client experiences, resolving inquiries, and guiding customers to mortgage and business banking experts.

You will participate in lending and basic investment discussions as part of complex banking conversations. The position emphasizes sales performance, client retention, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting growth targets through proactive outreach and effective

Formación

High school diploma or GED; foreign equivalents accepted.
4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.
Preferred: experience in financial services and with digital self-service tools.

Responsabilidades

Support sales targets by generating client introductions to team members.
Provide positive client experience by handling questions, problems and complaints.
Assist with banking transactions accurately and compliantly and resolve issues promptly.
Engage with clients to identify needs and connect them to Mortgage or Business Banking experts.
