Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Requires NMLS registration under SAFE Act.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses needed within 90 days.
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days of passing Life/Health exam.
• FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days; Series 63/66 required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: support growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Client Experience: resolve questions and complaints, provide education and tailored financial advice.
• Risk Management: execute transactions accurately and compliantly, minimize losses.
• Compliance: adhere to regulatory policies and complete required trainings.
• Engage with clients to arrange appointments and referrals to Financial Consultants.
