Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income, and connect clients to the right team members.
• Client Experience: Resolve account questions and complaints with timely, effective research and communication; meet defined engagement and education goals.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; minimize controllable losses.
• Handle moderately complex special projects and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
