You will engage customers, educate on banking products, and ensure compliance with AML/BSA/KYC protocols while supporting branch operations and daily tasks.

You will collaborate with team members to meet customer needs, manage in-branch appointments, and contribute to a differentiated customer experience in moments that matter most.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers (consumer to small business).
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations effectively.
• Well-organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints in a team environment.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of banking solutions.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing duties for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.

• Adhere to AML, BSA, and KYC processes and related activities.
