Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and complete servicing tasks.
• Assist with branch operations and record customer interactions accurately.
• Refer opportunities to banking partners when suitable.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC processes and resolve overdrafts.
• Log complaints and support video conferencing or transactions as needed.
