Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, open accounts, and help customers achieve their financial goals using the latest digital tools. You will build trusted relationships, deliver considerate service, and contribute to the branch's success.

In this role you will guide clients through everyday transactions, promote Chase Mobile App and online banking, and work with team members to ensure compliant, seamless service.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver friendly service.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby interactions.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
