Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and directing them as needed.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations while following policies and procedures.
