Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in banking
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to develop strategic plans and build branch business plans

• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business
• Leads the implementation of new programs, products and processes within the branch
• Coordinates the implementation of national and regional sales and service initiatives
• Maintains knowledge of personal banking trends and integrates into conversations
