Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, risk controls and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Advise customers on products and strategies meeting their financial objectives.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Build referral networks and interact with community and partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Lead sales and service initiatives and monitor performance against plans.
