Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance the Bank’s visibility and build a strong referral source.
• Conduits sales calls and personal referrals to achieve customer acquisition and wallet share goals.
• Resolves customer-related issues and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
