Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning new apps.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions to help them reach goals.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment while supporting branch operations within a 50-mile radius.
