Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify needs by actively listening and pair customers with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and ensure a hospitality-focused experience in a high-volume environment.
