Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, suspension and alignment components, while providing excellent customer service. The role includes driving, testing, and assisting others to complete jobs in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will handle dismounting/mounting tires, balancing wheels, and calibrating TPMS, with on-site work and occasional offsite service. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, and related components.
• Test drive and diagnose vehicles; assist other employees.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
