Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components with a strong focus on customer service. The role includes brake and battery work, tire mounting, TPMS recalibration, test drives, and offsite road service assistance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training provided by Les Schwab, and enjoy a competitive benefits package upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools as required.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees when needed.
