Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes driving and offsite service, using automotive tools, and assisting teammates.

Responsibilities encompass testing batteries, tire handling, and TPMS calibration, with on-the-job training provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lb, occasional up to 75 lb.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use hand tools and equipment.
• Assist other staff and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicle for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
