Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The role involves operating tools, test driving vehicles, and supporting team members in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and TPMS calibration while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; able to bend, twist, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and steering components.
• Test and install batteries as needed.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.

Skills

Valid driver's license
