Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes testing batteries, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and TPMS calibration, with on-site support and teamwork.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical lifting up to 75 pounds; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Disassemble/assemble tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS.
