Job summary

Les Schwab seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies.

Primary duties include servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, steering, and drive train parts; testing batteries; mounting tires; rebalancing wheels; and TPMS calibration. This role provides on-the-job training and opportunities for offsite or emergency road service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds with bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, drive train, and steering parts; testing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and calibrating TPMS components.
• Assisting other employees and performing offsite or emergency road services.
