Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test drive vehicles, work with tires and TPMS, and assist teammates while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy loads in a fast-paced environment. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, alignment, suspension and drivetrain parts and components
• Testing and installing batteries and TPMS components
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and rebalancing wheels
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services and providing excellent customer service
