AppleCare Technologies seeks a BPR Manager to lead a vertical across Enterprise & Channel Sales, based in Austin, TX. You will mentor a team of project managers, define the portfolio roadmap, govern initiatives, and partner with Sales, ASE, and IS&T to drive architecture and capital planning.

You will manage cross-functional programs spanning ERP, CRM/CMS, APIs, and real-time analytics, applying AI/automation to improve delivery and scale across AppleCare ecosystems.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct people management in technical programs.
• 8+ years managing large-scale global cross-functional technology projects.
• Deep proficiency in SDLC, SOA, API lifecycle, and system design.
• Experience delivering ERP SAP, CRM/CMS, B2B web apps, and analytics platforms.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on problem solver with strategic and technical focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program and Project Managers.
• Define portfolio roadmap, ROI, and prioritize technology investments across channels.
• Oversee project prioritization, resources, and vendor capacity.
• Drive large-scale ERP/CRM/B2B implementations and integrations.
• Identify and execute BPR initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Manage risks, cutovers, change readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Leverage AI/ML, data intelligence, and automation in workflows and SDLC.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and escalation management.
• Advance PM standards, tooling, and documentation practices.
